Deliveries and returns
Orders will normally be shipped within 2 working days if the product is in stock. Very occasionally your product may be sent out later, particularly if customised products have been ordered. As soon as the order has been given to the carrier you will receive an e-mail from us informing you that the order has been sent.
If you have chosen Track and Trace for mailbox delivery or package service with Track and Trace, you will receive a Track and Trace code from our carrier with which you can trace the shipment. If you would like to have the order insured or sent by registered mail, this can be done at an additional cost. Please contact us for this.
The shipping costs consist of sending, handling and packing costs. Since we are often sending fragile parts, we do our utmost to package them as well and safely as possible. The shipping costs may vary due to the size of the products ordered.
Unfortunately, we are unable to treat two different orders as one shipment and shipping costs will be charged on both orders. All shipments are shipped at your own risk but we of course take the utmost care to pack your shipment as well as possible and to arrive safely.
Return shipments can only be accepted after you have contacted us and we have agreed the return with you.
